General Admission Policy

Application to Our Lady of Fatima School for Kindergarten through eighth grade takes place in the month of February and is announced in the parish bulletin.  Applications are also accepted on a continuous basis.

Kindergarten applicants must be five years of age on or before December 2^nd.  First grade applicants must be six years of age on or before December 2^nd.

The new (starting Fall 2011) Kindergarten Readiness program (Alpha K) is for children ages 4 and over. It is a full day program that mirrors the Kindergarten curriculum.  Please contact the school office for additional information including tuition and fees.

Required Documents

At the time of application, please submit the following for each child:

• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate (only if baptized Catholic)
• Immunization Records
• Application Fee (non-refundable)
• For students entering grades 2 through 7, please provide the most current completed quarter, prior year report card, and standardized test scores from prior two years.

Tuition Fees

Tuition fees for 2011-12 are listed below.  Please note that tuition fees cover only the basic educational expenses.  Our Lady of Fatima School succeeds with the help of its families who volunteer their time and resources to create better opportunities for our students. As such, each family is expected to volunteer service hours and contribute to fundraising events.

* Active Parishioner status assessed twice yearly.  Status will be automatically changed to Non-Parishioner and you will be assessed $50.00 per month which will be added to your FACTS account if parish envelopes not used regularly.
